Thanks so much for visiting our little shop.  We hope you've found everything that you are after.  If you have any questions, please do get in touch, or have a look below - we might already have the answer. 

 

Book Subscriptions:

 

Which collection should I choose?

- Each collection is slightly different.  Select different ones to read the various descriptions or, if you'd like to find out more, please get in touch.

 

What books will be sent?

- We tailor each selection to information provided about the recipient.  The more information you give, the more specific the selection will be.  All our books are great reads, loved by many, and chosen with care.

 

What if they have already read one of the books?

- No problem!  Pop us an email to let us know, and we'll provide our address for a return, and sort out a replacement title for them.

 

When will they get the books?

- Each book is posted on the first day of the month by Royal Mail Business 48.  These usually arrive in 2-3 working days, although can take up to 8 working days in some instances.

 

How long will the subscription last?

- For as long as you'd like!  We offer a minimum 3 month subscription and can continue this for as many months as you'd like.  Our current settings allow for up to 12 months but if you'd like to purchase a longer option please get in touch, and we will sort this out for you.

What's the Welcome Pack?

- The Welcome Pack is a collection of cards and treats, including details of the subscription.  These usually arrive within 5 days of order.  The Welcome Pack can either be sent to you, to give to the recipient, or directly to the recipient. 

How do I provide delivery details?

- Please provide a delivery address at check out.  If you would like the Welcome Pack to be sent to a different address to the books, please include this information.

Do you deliver to other countries?

- Yes, we are able to deliver across the globe!  Please get in touch and we will advise delivery costs and timings.  

What does delivery cost?

- Within the UK, absolutely nothing extra - it's included in the price of the subscription.  If you are an international customer and your location isn't provided as a check out option, please get in touch to discuss shipping costs. 

Can I change my address partway through my subscription?

- We can update your address at any point in your subscription - we will require one month's notice for this to be updated so be sure to give us plenty of warning. 

 

Can I update my reading preferences:

- Absolutely.  If you'd like to add to or amend your preferences please email the team at hello@thebeautifulbookcompany.com and we will sort this out for you.

I'm worried I'll receive a book I've already read

- We try our best to pick books you won't have read, but if you are worried about duplicates we can send you a spoiler in advance of each book being sent out.  Please email hello@thebeautifulbookcompany.com to request this.

Do you offer refunds?

- Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds after 24 hours of placing the order.  This is as all of our books are sourced individually for each order.

How long do I have to activate my gift voucher?

- Our gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

I've activated my subscription - when will I receive my first book?

- Books are sent on the first working day of the month following your activation.  Our activation cut off date each month is the 20th day; any activations made following this will commence a month later.

How can I renew my subscription?

- If you'd like to extend or renew your subscription please place a new order and add in the notes that it's a renewal.  If you have your original order number that's helpful to include too.  Alternative please email us and we will sort out a renewal for you.

Which hamper should I choose?

- Each hamper is different.  Select different ones to read the various descriptions or, if you'd like to find out more, please get in touch.

 

What books will be sent?

- Please check each Hamper listing for the current titles.

 

What if they have already read one of the books?

- Get in touch as we might be able to swap out one of the titles for something else.  Alternatively, pick the Bespoke Hamper, and we will handpick each book just for them. 

How long does delivery take?

- Our book boxes are sent by courier, and will arrive within 8 working days of placing the order.

Do you deliver to other countries?

- Yes, we are able to deliver across the globe!  Please get in touch and we will advise delivery costs and timings.  

 

What about a gift message?

- Our book hampers come with a gift card so please advise if you'd like a message included. 

 

What does delivery cost?

- Absolutely nothing extra - it's included in the price of the box.

 

Do you offer refunds?

- Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds after 24 hours of placing the order.

What does delivery cost?

- Delivery is extra for our other items.  This is calculated at check out.

 

Do you offer exchanges and refunds?

- We are able to offer exchanges or refunds on all other items.  Please get in touch and we will provide returns information. 

 

Do you deliver to other countries?

- Yes, we are able to deliver across the globe!  Please get in touch and we will advise delivery costs and timings.  

When will my items arrive?

- All items are dispatched within 2 working days, by Royal Mail Business 48 post. 

 

Payments:

 

How do I pay?

- Payments are accepted either by debit/credit card or via Paypal at our check out.  

- Alternatively we are happy to accept direct debit payments.  Please get in touch for our bank details and to discuss your order.
