In using The Beautiful Book Company website, and purchasing items through The Beautiful Book Company, you are agreeing to comply with, and accept the conditions outlined below. Please take the time before you purchase any items to read the below carefully. Should you not agree with these policies, you should not use The Beautiful Book Company site. Throughout the following, "we" or "us" applies to The Beautiful Book Company.
We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications); payment details (including credit card information), comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile.
When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address, and those of any other persons you provide. This information will be used for the specific reasons stated below only.

To provide our service and fulfil your order;
To provide our Users with ongoing customer assistance and technical support;
To be able to contact our Visitors and Users with general or personalised service-related notices and promotional messages;

Terms & Conditions
Any products which are damaged on arrival will be replaced immediately by The Beautiful Book Company.
Although we do not guarantee to exchange specific titles which the recipient has previously read, please contact us in the event that this happens and we will do our best to replace them.
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, following which no refunds will be made available.
We reserve the right to amend or remove any of the packages and titles listed on this site without warning. We also reserve the right to cancel existing subscription services, and will provide a refund for any outstanding portion of the subscription should this occur.
Books shown and referenced throughout the site are for illustrative purposes only, and package content will differ based on recipient.
Book Hampers and first Book Subscription deliveries come with an introductory card. Other props are not included.
Ownership of rights
Everything you see or read on the Site is copyrighted unless otherwise noted and may not be used except as provided for in these terms and conditions or in the text of the Site without the express permission of The Beautiful Book Company.
Terms of Payment
Payment will be accepted via Paypal. Dispatch will not take place until full payment has been received. Order acceptance takes place upon dispatch of your goods.
Terms of Delivery
Items will be despatched to the address provided at checkout. Should this require later amendment, additional postage cost will need to be covered by the customer.
Any alteration in the address for subscription deliveries must be provided at least a month in advance of the next postage date.
We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions.
Book Hampers will be dispatched within 5 working days via courier. Welcome Packs will be dispatched within 2 working days. Book Subscriptions will be dispatched on the 1st day of each month by Royal Mail Business 48 postage.
Cost of delivery is included to UK Mainland Addresses only. Should you require international delivery this will be costed up on receipt of the order as an additional fund to the customer.
We will aim to deliver your goods within the timescale quoted, but delivery times are not guaranteed. If delivery is delayed due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, the delivery date may be extended by a reasonable period.
